Panasonic has launched a new flagship reference-class 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player in the shape of the DP-UB9000, which features HDR10+ and Dolby Vision dynamic metadata support, as well as audiophile-grade components.
Judging from its launch price of £999 in Autumn, the Panasonic UB9000 is designed to directly challenge the OPPO 205.
Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice control support will be enabled by firmware update too.
