We tested the 100-inch Sony ZD9 (also marketed as the Bravia Z9D in the USA) LED LCD TV with full-array local dimming (FALD) Backlight Master Drive technology, and discovered it features the highest peak brightness & number of local dimming zones we've recorded on a transmissive display to date.
