We pay tribute to OPPO, after the revered AV brand announced that it is gradually stopping the manufacturing of new products from 2nd of April.

The company is well-known for its excellent DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray players such as the UDP-203 and UDP-205, frequent meaningful firmware updates, & world-class customer service.

Moving forward, OPPO will still provide technical support and warranty claims through a third party. A Dolby Vision firmware update to enable HDMI compatibility with Sony TVs is currently under testing at Dolby Laboratories, and a company spokesperson also shed light on future HDR10+ support.
