We explain the latest couple of firmware updates for LG's 2017 OLED TVs including the B7 & C7. Firmware update 04.70.30 in the UK & Europe rectified Youtube HDR & added Youtube 360° VR video playback.

Firmware update 04.70.65 (UK & EU) improves the elevated black level issue seen in Dolby Vision content, but some titles (especially through the Netflix app on the Apple TV 4K box) remain problematic.

From what we understand, the issue stems from the Dolby Vision "library" which will need further updates by the company.
