Two calibrated LG CX OLED TVs were used for this comparison, one displaying Disney+ in Dolby Vision; the other displaying 4K Blu-ray discs in HDR10 from an OPPO 203 player.

Out of six movies we watched, only "The Empire Strikes Back" and to a lesser extent "Deadpool 2" did not obviously benefit from Dolby Vision dynamic metadata.
