LG Display has revealed that it will introduce a 97-inch OLED panel next year, and so we expect LG Electronics to launch a 97in OLED TV in 2022. Although the screen resolution is not specified, it's likely to be 8K rather than 4K to justify the significant price premium.
We also explain why LG stopped short of 100 inches, and had to settle with *only* a 97-inch OLED panel.
