This incredible modern home is decked out with the most advanced smart home technology. The home utilizes the Audio Advice Control4 Signature Series system for home automation and has Lutron motorized shades throughout. We've matched the shades with moving windows that open to the outdoor grill and pool area. The lighting system is also a panelized Lutron Homeworks system with Palladiom keypads throughout. The lighting design includes indirect LED lights, task lighting and specialty accent lighting.

One of the most impressive parts of this project is the use of high intensity LED lighting that illuminates the texture on the 2 story stone wall. In addition, in this video you’ll also see a motorized television lift that brings the television up through the floor in the Yoga room. There is also a multipurpose theater room in the basement of this home. The outdoor area showcases outdoor speakers, LED lighting and advanced security and camera systems.
