We attended Samsung's invite-only backroom briefing for the company's 2019 flagship 4K QLED TV, and saw improvements in viewing angles, input lag, dynamic tone-mapping for HDR, as well as HDR10+ playback notification.
Please remember that our observations were based on a manufacturer demo where we had no control over the content displayed and the picture settings. What we saw looked promising, and we hope the improvements will materialise on consumer sets.
