The United Launch Alliance (ULA) is scheduled to launch a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida tonight at 2:12am ET, carrying a surveillance satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). The Delta IV Heavy rocket has a payload capacity of 62,540 lbs, which compares to the SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket capacity of 141,000 lbs.
